As appears from the bill the original owners of the land in-question situate at Honuaino, North Kona, Hawaii, were Ann Cavanagb and Tbos. E. Cavanagk, who on tbe 22d November, 1884, executed a lease of tbe same to John Costa, for a term of ten years from tbe 25th October, 1884. Tbe lease contained a covenant to renew tbe same upon the request of tbe lessee or bis assigns on or before tbe termination of the term in and by said lease limited.
