We do not propose to follow counsel in the very elaborate discussion of the facts presented by this record. Upon some of the controverted questions the evidence is in direct conflict and wholly irreconcilable, and any attempt of ours to harmonize it or show that it is the result of honest misapprehension, would most likely fail, and even if successful, would not compensate for the amount of labor it would necessarily involve.
