This action was commenced to restrain the defendants, including Lodge No. 188 of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Ship Builders & Helpers of America from interfering with the business attempted to be conducted by the plaintiff at the city of Geneva, Ontario county, N. Y. On the 23d day of May, 1907,- a preliminary injunction was issued out of this court, which restrained the defendants, and all persons combining and conspiring with them, from in any way, by threats, intimidation, or force, interfering with the employes of the plaintiff, or with its officers or agents,' and…
