The incompetent, Lawrence Radoll, was charged with assault while armed with intent to murder. He was arrested on March 20, 1933, and brought before the municipal court of Fond du Lac county. The court ordered him committed to the central state hospital at Waupun for observation for a period not to exceed thirty days. At the' termination of this period, Radoll was bound over for trial to the circuit court for Fond du Lac county.
