Petrowski v. Norwich Free Academy

This is an appeal, after certification, from a judgment of the Appellate Court reversing a decision of the Superior Court, which had dismissed the plaintiffs appeal from the termination of her employment contract by the board of trustees of the Norwich Free Academy. We granted certification to review the judgment of the Appellate Court that the failure of two members of the board to disqualify themselves in the determination of the plaintiffs case, because of their inherent conflicts of interests, violated federal constitutional due process principles.
