This is an action to foreclose a mechanic’s lien, and comes here on appeal from the district court of Comanche county. It appears from the record that in 1907 J. S. Glenn, for the purpose of aiding his brother, D. D. Glenn, one of the defendants herein, furnished him money for the purpose of buying a lot in the city of Lawton and building a house thereon, with the understanding and agreement that the title to the premises should be and remain in J. S. Glenn, but to be used and occupied by D. D. Glenn so long as he might live. The brother, D. D. Glenn, accepted the money…
