MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
BLOCK, Senior District Judge:
José Enriquez alleges that his former employer, Cherry Hill Market Corp., Cherry Hill Gourmet, Inc., and/or David Isaev (collectively, “Cherry Hill”), failed to pay him in accordance with the minimum-wage, overtime and spread-of-hours provisions of state law. See N.Y. Comp.Codes R. & Regs. tit. 12, §§ 142-2.1, 142-2.2, 142-2.4.
