This is a civil action brought by Cheryl and Wayne Sherer, individually and on behalf of their infant daughter, Kimber Sherer, for declaratory and injunctive relief and money damages against officials of the North Kansas City, Missouri, School District. Plaintiffs seek an Order of this Court compelling defendants to provide intermittent catheterization services to plaintiff Kimber Sherer, which they allege are necessary for her to benefit fully from her education.
