This action was commenced by C. S. Bowman and Charles Bucher, partners as Bowman & Bucher, and J. W. Ady, against W. H. Phillips, James L. Serviss, G. W. Rogers, and George E. Clark, to recover from the defendants the sum of $240, alleged to be due for professional services rendered by the plaintiffs as attorneys and counsellors at law. The case was tried before the court without a jury, and judgment was rendered in favor of the defendants and against the plaintiffs for costs; and the plaintiffs, as plaintiffs in error, bring the case to…
