OPINION

ZLAKET, Justice.

This is a disciplinary proceeding arising out of respondent’s representation of two clients. The hearing committee found that respondent violated the Code of Professional Responsibility.1 It recommended that he be suspended for one year and placed on probation thereafter. The disciplinary commission modified the committee’s findings and recommended disbarment. Respondent has been on interim suspension since October 9, 1990.
