But three questions are discussed in the principal brief of the counsel for the garnishee defendants.
On the oral argument of the case in this Court it was noticed that the original brief of the garnishee defendants’ counsel, containing only eight pages, presented but three questions, while in a supplemental brief, which contained forty pages, he presented 45 points, which counsel relies upon for reversal of the case.
