Appeal from State Board of Equalization. Petition by W. M. Gulager and others before the State Board of Equalization, against the Muskogee Gas & Electric Company, seeking an increase in the assessed valuation of the property of said company. Petition dismissed, and petitioners appeal.

On the 27th day of September, 1919, appellants filed with the State Board of Equalization their petition alleging that the appellee had property in the following years and amounts, not listed for taxation and omitted from the tax rolls of Muskogee county for said years:
