All of the above-entitled causes are similar in their facts and involve identical legal questions, and we will therefore discuss only cause No. 20480.
This cause originated in the court of common pleas of Cuyahoga county, Ohio. It was a case appealed to the court of common pleas of Cuyahoga county, Ohio, from the tax commission of Ohio. It involves a complaint by a taxpayer of Cuyahoga county as to the valuation, for purposes of taxation, of a certain parcel of real estate.
