Plaintiffs, Wilmer Contreras, Ana Sauce-da, Carlos Moran, Jacky Osweld, Julio Vidal, Elena Vidal and Franklin Flores, filed suit on March 1, 2015 for damages allegedly sustained in an automobile accident that occurred on March 1, 2014.
