VAN DUSEN, District Judge.
This case comes before the court on plaintiff’s motion to transfer this action to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. §§ 1404(a) and 1406(a).
On July 6, 1956, plaintiff instituted this action to recover for an injury alleged to have been suffered, as a result of negligence and unseaworthiness, on or about July 8, 1954, aboard the S.S.
