Determination of respondent Police Commissioner, dated August 18, 1971, confirmed and the petition dismissed, without costs and without disbursements. Initially, it is noted that respondent’s determination is supported by substantial evidence. In respect of the sanction imposed, to wit, dismissal from the police force, it may not be said that this punishment is so disproportionate to the offense as to shock one’s sense of fairness.
