MEMORANDUM OPINION

JORDAN, District Judge.

This is a diversity action brought by the plaintiff, Kathryn Claiborne, against the defendant, Frito-Lay, Inc., for alleged breaches of an employment contract and the tort of outrageous conduct or intentional infliction of emotional distress. [Doc. 1.] The plaintiff predicates her claim of breach of an employment contract on the defendant’s employee handbook. The defendant has filed a motion for summary judgment.
