THE COURT.

This is an appeal by defendant from a judgment for $200, the stipulated value of a Frigidaire refrigerator, found to have been converted by him. The action was originally brought in justice court as an action in claim and delivery. Counterclaims which caused it to be transferred to the superior court are not involved in the appeal. A motion to amend the complaint to allege conversion was there granted.
