Miller, Judge:. The petitioner sought, in the circuit court, a writ of mandamus, requiring the Board of Education of Slab Fork District in Wyoming County to execute a contract for the purchase of a lot for school purposes, and also requiring the county superintendent of schools for said county to approve the location and purchase of the lot selected by the said board.
