Poffenbarger, Judge:
C. W. Dillon, State Tax Commissioner, suing on behalf of the State, seeks a peremptory writ of mandamus against B. E. Bare, Assessor of the First Assessment District of Fayette county, to compel him to assess and value twenty-one leasehold estates in his district at their true and actual values, according to his honest judgment, based upon such information relating to their value as the law requires him to consider.
