This is an appeal by the Mid-Continent Building Company, hereinafter referred to as appellant, from a judgment of the district court of Tulsa county sustaining an order of the county board of equalization fixing the value of appellant’s property for the purpose of taxation.
The appellant is the owner of a 15 story building located in the city of Tulsa. The first floor of the building is used for stores, the remainder for offices.
