This case originated in-the court of common pleas of Cuyahoga county, Ohio, upon a petition filed by the defendant in error against the plaintiffs in error to reverse, vacate, or modify the findings of the Tax Commission of Ohio, under the provisions of Section 5611-2, General Code. That court modified the findings of the Tax Commission. Error was prosecuted to the Court of Appeals, where the judgment of the court of common pleas was affirmed. Error is now prosecuted here.
