BAILEY BROWN, Senior Circuit Judge.

Westchester Management Corporation d.b.a. Salem Park Nursing Home (“West-chester Management”) appeals the district court’s dismissal of its action against the United States Department of Health and Human Services. The district court determined that it lacked subject-matter jurisdiction of this action seeking judicial review of a denial of reimbursement for certain facility rental expenses claimed under the Medicare Act. Because we conclude that the district court lacked subject-matter jurisdiction, we affirm.
