Appeal from a judgment of the district court.

This case was commenced by plaintiffs, Albert E. Carlson and Harold G. Hawkinson, for specific performance of a contract for deed which they entered into as vendees with the defendants, Allen J. Doran and Mary Doran.

Prior to the events giving rise to these proceedings, the defendants owned certain property in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, which was platted as “Doran’s Addition to Grand Rapids.” On June 10, 1952, plaintiffs and defendants entered into a contract in connection with this property.
