Lanae Barnes, d/b/a Gold Rush, Molly K. Brucker, d/b/a Bill’s Amusement Games and Amarillo Amusement Company, and Lowell H. Stapf, d/b/a 11th Street Amusement Center (collectively referred to as Barnes), brought suit seeking injunctive relief against various law enforcement officials including Sonya Letson (Letson), the Potter County Attorney, and Marshall Caskey (Caskey), the commander of the Special Crimes Service of the Texas Department of Public Safety.
