Order of the Supreme Court, New York County (Angela Mazzarelli, J.), entered on January *3328, 1992, which granted defendant’s motion to set aside a jury verdict convicting him of robbery in the second degree, is unanimously reversed on the law, the motion denied and the jury verdict reinstated.
