There was evidence at the trial of this action sufficient to sustain affirmative answers to both the first and second issues submitted to the jury. Defendant, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, owns and operates within this State a logging road. Plaintiff’s intestate was employed by defendant as a brakeman on a train operated by defendant on this road. At the time he sustained his fatal injuries, caused by the negligence of defendant, as the evidence tends to show, and as the jury found as appears by the answer to the first issue, plaintiff’s intestate…
