The pro se appellants, Johnny Andrew Moore, Sr. (“Mr.Moore”) and Maria Ford Moore (“Mrs.Moore”) (collectively, the “appellants”), appeal from the decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia denying the appellants’ discharge under Chapter 7 of the bankruptcy code for failure to obey a court order and dismissing the appellants’ counterclaim filed in that action.
