GLENN A. NORTON, Judge.

Bryan Dobberstein (“Claimant”) appeals the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (“Commission”) denying him unemployment benefits on the grounds that he was discharged for misconduct connected with his work. See Section 288.050.2 RSMo Supp.2005. 1 We re verse. 2
