Appeal from an order granting a motion for a new trial.

Although the pleadings are not part of the record on appeal we gather from the briefs that the action is one for damages for alleged fraud on the part of defendant, Anna Perry. The jury’s verdict was for plaintiff. Defendant’s motion for a new trial was granted on the ground of insufficiency of the evidence to justify the verdict. Plaintiff appeals.
