DECISION AND ORDER
This matter comes before the Court on defendant’s motion to dismiss and defendant’s motion for summary judgment. Plaintiffs, Harold Henderson (“Henderson”) and Synergy Service Group, Incorporated (“SSGI”) 1 request an abatement of employment taxes and interest and seek to recover economic damages for the Internal Revenue Service’s (“IRS”) refusal to release a lien.
