Plaintiff Mary Tripp filed an Amended Motion for Class Certification (Doe. 16), seeking to represent two classes of persons who received form debt collection letters from defendant Berman & Rabin, P.A. (“Berman”) and, for one putative subclass of plaintiffs, such letters from Berman on behalf of Velocity Investments, LLC (“Velocity”).
