In this action the plaintiff Louisa Brunner, one of the appellants herein, sought to obtain a decree of divorce from the defendant Herman Brunner, and to compel him to provide for the maintenance of plaintiff and the minor children of the marriage. In addition to his defense, Herman Brunner filed a cross-complaint against the plaintiff and their daughter Theresa Brunner (in whose name the plaintiff had placed certain personal property).
