OPINION
SWEET, District Judge.
By decision dated March 31, 1983, plaintiff trustees of the New York Marine Towing and Transportation Industry Pension Fund and Insurance Fund (the “Trustees”) were awarded damages in connection with this action, and the counterclaim of defendant General Marine Transport Corporation (“General Marine”) was dismissed. 564 F.Supp. 1064. Judgment was entered on May 19, 1983. On May 25, General Marine filed a timely motion pursuant to Rule 52(b) Fed.R.Civ.P. seeking to amend the judgment.
