RIDGE, District Judge.

From the petition for writ of habeas corpus and return of respondent to order to show cause, the following undisputed facts appear.

The petitioner is now confined in the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, at Springfield, Missouri, under order adjudicating defendant mentally incompetent, entered by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, Augusta Division.
