MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KENDALL, District Judge.
NOW before the Court are Plaintiffs’ Motion for Summary Judgment filed March 1, 1993, Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment also filed March 1, 1993, and their respective responses and replies. After carefully considering the arguments of counsel contained in their briefs, supporting affidavits and deposition excerpts, and applicable law, "the Court determines that Defendant’s motion for summary judgment should be, and hereby is, GRANTED.
