On the 7th day of June, 1926, Mrs. S. A. Chandlee became indebted to W. S. Matthews, Jr., in the sum of one thousand six hundred fifty dollars, evidenced by two promissory notes for the sum of eight hundred twenty-five dollars each, payable one and two years after date, respectively, and bearing interest at the rate of six per cent per annum. To secure this indebtedness she executed and delivered a deed of trust on certain real estate, which contained a provision for acceleration of the due date of the entire indebtedness, if any part thereof should become due and unpaid.
