WANDA McKEE FOWLER, Justice.
Trutec Investment Services Company Limited (a Nigerian corporation) 1 sued Moni Pulo Limited (another Nigerian corporation) based on an agreement between the parties related to development of an oil field (at least partly Nigerian). Moni Pulo brings this interlocutory appeal from the denial of its special appearance. On reheating, we withdraw our opinion of September 9, 2003, deny the motion for rehearing, and issue this substituted opinion.
