Amended Opinion Regarding Debtor’s Attorney’s Application for Compensation

This matter is before the Court on attorney Kurt O’Keefe’s Application for Compensation. O’Keefe filed a fee application on October 16, 2006. On November 6, 2006, the chapter 13 trustee objected to the fee application based on O’Keefe’s failure to indicate a breakdown of services, failure to indicate who performed tasks and at what hourly rate, and language in the proposed order making it a judgment against the debtor.
