GLENN, District Judge.
The plaintiff has brought suit against the defendant for the recovery of a specified sum of money. The complaint alleges in substance that the defendant has been acting for a number of years as its agent or dealer in Lancaster county, S. C., and certain adjacent territory. The complaint alleges that the transactions since the 19th of October, 1929, have all been governed by a certain contract.
