THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendants Nelson Peltz and Elliot Management Services Company, Inc.’s Motions to Dismiss and for Sanctions due to fabrication of evidence, perjury and obstruction of justice by Plaintiff Maria Vargas, and third party Defendant, Gerardo Vargas.
