Before the Court is Defendant County of Allegheny’s Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ Amended Complaint Due to Fraud on the Court (Document No. 230), joined by the other defendants, which alleges that plaintiffs have committed various litigation abuses so egregious as to warrant the extreme remedy of dismissal of their complaint. Magistrate Judge Robert C.
