This matter is before the Court on Defendants’ respective motions for sanctions (Dkts. 163, 165). Defendants contend that Plaintiff, Plastech Holding Corporation (“PHC”) engaged in bad-faith conduct by fabricating evidence and submitting it to this Court as an exhibit, to the first and second amended complaints.
