BEEZER, Circuit Judge:
The Bank of Guam (“Bank”) challenges the district court’s denial of its motion for judgment as a matter of law or, alternatively, a new trial pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 50(b) as to Gushi Brothers’ (“the Chutaros”) claim for violation of the Bank Holding Company Act, 12 U.S.C. §§ 1971-1978. 1 The Bank contends that the court used an improper legal standard and that there was insufficient evidence to support the verdict in the Chutaros’ favor.
