THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment on the issue of Plaintiff Hudson Specialty Insurance Company's ("Hudson") duty to defend [DE 49 and 52] (the "Motions").1 The Court has considered the Motions, the parties' briefing on same, and the record in this case, and is otherwise advised in the premises.
