DIETRICH, District Judge.

The plaintiffs in error, who will hereafter be referred to as the defendants, were convieted upon an indictment charging them with conspiracy to violate various provisions of the National Prohibition Act (Comp. St. § 10138% et seq.).

The first assignments raise the question of the sufficiency of the charge.
