This is an appeal from a probate court order granting a motion for summary judgment filed by appellees The Trust Company, Trinity University, and the San Antonio Museum of Art (collectively “The Trust Company”), and denying a motion for summary judgment filed by appellant Wendel Denman Thuss (“Thuss”).
