In this case the defendant-appellant New Amsterdam Casualty Company executed its bond on January 14, 1928, in the sum of $8,000, insuring the plaintiff company against loss by tho failure of its attorneys, Paul it. Silberman and Robert P. Silberman, doing-business as Silberman & Silberman, faithfully to account for all moneys of the association which should come into their hands.
