Plaintiffs Paul D. Casey and Abigail O. Casey (“plaintiffs”) 1 bring negligence-based survival claims against defendants Kyung Rhee (“Rhee”), doing business as Rhee’s McDonald’s, and McDonald’s Corporation (“McDonald’s”) for the death of their son, Patrick D. Casey (“Casey”). See Am. Compl. [Dkt. #40]. Presently before the Court are defendants’ Motions for Summary Judgment.
