DAVISON, Vice Chief Justice.

This action for damages resulted from an accident that occurred on U. S. Highway 183 about 1.2 miles south of its intersection with U. S. Highway 60, when plaintiff in error (plaintiff in the trial court) at approximately 8:00 p. m. on September 8, 1966, driving his Oldsmobile, collided with a Black Angus bull, owned by Bronnie Cook, defendant in error (defendant in the trial court).
